Ultimate Body Wraps, unreliable product, cheated out of half the order but still charged full amount, no contact after complaint, Buckinhamshire

Ordered the product and enrolled in their "Loyal Customer" program to receive the discount on all products ordered with them... took approx 12-14 days to receive order. Upon receipt of order I notice that only half of the product was in the box.

I immediately emailed the distributor I ordered from (twice) and was told that they would look into it. Several days went by with no word so I called the distributor directly and received the same answer as in the email. Has now been 10 days without a word as to why I was shorted on my order nor has the balance of product ordered been shipped to me.

I's been nearly a month and no one can tell me anything! Lousy company AND product.
