I ordered a logo design from 25poundlogo paying them £39 for the logo and business card design. Primarily due to their 100% guarantee. When the logos arrived I was astounded! My 2 year old has more creative skill and I informed the company of this. They promised to refund me within 21 days but this has not happened. I am surprised that this very company who do not state telephone number, location (although profess to be in UK) are advertising on this very site. Anyone know an address location?
