Payments taken for no goods

I place an order vis my account fro a pair of jeans.
I tried to pay via credit-card but it was rejected.
I tried to pay via debit card and this was also rejected.
I then tried to pay via paypal and this was accepted.
No record of the transaction/order exists on my account. Burton now have taken the paypal payment and a payment from my credit card.
I've emailed them 3 times with no response.
Their customer service is non-existent
