25poundlogo.co.uk is a total rip off and scam.
Looking at the cheap logo design service I completely did not take note of 25poundlogo not having an telephone number, contact name or address on their website, 25poundlogo.co.uk!
After purchasing the logo service 25poundlogo sent the most horrible and low quality designs, whereby you can tell they used templates.
Some of the logos where not even related to the business we wanted it for. Even with the changes we asked we just kept getting poor designs and colours which didn't go with each other.
After asking 25poundlogo for a refund - 25poundlogo have a 100% refund policy at any time!! 25poundlogo said they will do a complete redesign which apparently I would more than happy with!
Well 25poundlogo sent the same designs with colours I specifically said I didn't want and they send some unrelated designs, ridiculous!
Asked 25poundlogo for a refund they said it would take 21 days. Its been over 21 days and nothing.
I have sent numerous emails since asking for a refund and have had no response!
Searching on the net I have found similar stories and people not receiving refunds.
