Not fit for purpose/ terrible support

I paid good money for this so called anti-virus software.

It let several virus's onto my pc despite being automatically update and scanned daily.

After 2 lengthy online "chats" with their so called help people they gave me the number (toll fee lol) of an expert. This guy then asked for £80 to remove the virus that AVG failed to stop!!!

Needless to say I have asked for my money back. Apparently this takes 3 weeks!

Like they give you 3 weeks to pay when your subscription ends... not.

This is my experience of AVG.

My advice is AVOID!!! "!
