I have been unable to access aol website for approx 32 days even after 10 phone calls each lasting at least 30 mins (cut off on 1 call after 47 mins) i was promised compensation for the time offline by the consumer dept but there again i was promised 2 phone calls from level 2 engineers that never happened. do i need to spend more money to try and claim the promised compensation?
why after 10 phone calls costing god knows what i was still off line then after 1 phone call today i am back online?
one other query on every phone call i was told it was an aol fault so why does it cost me money to put it right
