Charged but did not order this product

I have been charged for the past three monts on my MC account fo rproducts i did not order
On 11/11 my account was charged by Multivitamins today for $79.95. In December and November, each on the 11th the same charge $79.95 appears. I have received two bottles of Garcinia and the other order did not come to me.
I shall report these charges to my MC.
Please see to it that i am taken off any automatic mailing list.
