I am writing to make a complaint requiring a Hugo boss watch that was put into the Glasgow fort store for repair. This was put in mid of November for a price near end of November this was priced and confirmed by myself to proceed with repair the estimated date of repair was beginining of January 2020. I received a phone call 27th December but I was at work and could not take phone call so called back on the 28th December and I was told by a male that my watch was ready to collect so I went to the shop on the 29th December to collect watch only to be told by manageress that watch was not in store. The manageress (Claire ) did not seem that concerned that we have had a wasted journey and had a smirk on her face as she new we were not happy all she said was she would investigate this and call me back which I’m still waiting. I don’t believe that someone would phone and say watch was ready when it wasn’t and at the very least I think I should have had a update courtesy call but nothing.
I think the is extremely bad customer service from Glasgow fort store and will certainly never purchase anything from the company again after the service I have received. I’m still no further forward in reqards to the watch and where or when it’s back in shop I would appreciate if this could be looked into and an update call ASAP thanks mrs Belinda Findlay as my son is unable to take calls at work 07547 641937 i cane be contacted on number above thanks
