I took my kids along to one of their kids kickboxing classes and it was a complete waste of time. No one had a clue. The instructor I felt was not very professional or experienced in martial arts or handling kids. Their prices leave a lot to be desired and it seemed as though the fees soon increased upon joining. Make sure you shop around or you could get stung.
