I am very disappointed with a product of yours that I bought recently, the perfect body work wheels and interior gift collection kit had the hi-tech finishing cloth missing the 1st time and the hi-tech microfiber drying towel the second time. I could not return a third time to replace the item as I live over an hour from the store and the cost of diesel alone and a 4 hour trip was already too costly. This was a birthday present for my boyfriend and we were both very disappointed with the incomplete set. This is now my 3rd time to contact your company about this issue to no avail. Please advise me how I can get the missing cloth to complete this already very expensive set.
