One month late

Hi

I ordered products from BioTrim Labs on the 17th of September. Received email about leaving the warehouse on the 19th September still no products. I paid over R2000. Emailed the support and replied to verify my address which was correct. I have emailed numerous times and no help, feedback or reponse from them.

Please help
