This company were paid good hard earned money to provide a service. We paid for Hetas certification and find out 8 years later that despite paying for that certification and being told the certificate is logged directly with Hetas that actually they cut corners, didn't install to Hetas regulations and despite taking money for the certificate, (which they've still not refunded) they didn't provide certifiable standard work. My home and building insurance has been void for 8 years and my mortgage has been invalidated as a result. Now paying a further £2, 000 of my own money to put right what we already paid them over £4, 500 to do in the first place. When I call they ignore me, when I email they don't respond. They didn't have any record of my being s customer despite me having all quotes, invoices, drawings, measurements, photos of their installers and receipts. They deny any wrong doing. If you work hard for your money, use a company who respect that and avoid this company.
And if your wondering where the other customer complaints are- they've wiped them from yell.com, Yelp and many other sites! They do exist if you know where to look through archives! Sly company with a sloppy shouldered owner! AVOID!!
