Norton Anti Virus

12 months a go I purchased a Nortan Anti Virus Package. Since then I have never recieved any information telling me that I am signed up to an automatic renewal. As I am typing this complaint I am on the phone, on hold (for 20 minutes surprise, surprise) to a man who works in Nortan Customer services who struggles to understand my English accent. I had to explain that Leanne was not my last name!! My account has been charged a renewal price of £49.99. Without any apology I am asked for the purchase number!!! I dont think he understands that I did not purchase this. He then goes on to repeatedly ask me if I have a computer he doesn't want to take no for an answer. Not that it is any of his business I now have a SMART phone. He says he is filling some forms out and puts me back on hold (now at 25minutes so how many forms I don't know) This is obviously something that is a regular occurence because they are not even bothered about finding out how this has happened. I wonder how many people do not realise they have paid an automatic reneal and how many people they are scamming. I can not believe that they have been allowed access to my account in this way it is a compelte invasion of my privacy and data protect. They should be investigated further for this and I urge everyone who has experienced this problem to report them.
