Following an unsolicited telephone call from this company, I was convinced that there was a problem with my Windows Licence and they offered to correct this for me. They also offered to "clean up" my computer. I found their service unsatisfactory and I am now in the process of reclaiming the fee I paid them.
Worryingly, my credit card was charged with another amount by DRI SWREG CARDQUERY COM, presumably for software connected with the "clean up". I had never authorised such a charge and I am in the process of trying to recover it. From a Google search, it would appear that I am not the only one to suffer in this way.
