I was emailed 2 days before I was to attend my cousin weddng. I had booked my room 5 months earlier. While I was offered alternative accomodation, this caused a family dispute that is still on going. I did not accept the alternative offer and asked for the owner to contact me to discuss my complaint, I have wrote numerous emails and have not received a reply from the owner. My complaint is not being taken seriously
