This is to express our bitter displeasure on The service we received from The staff members of The KFC aforementioned branch on 26Th night.
I and my 9 friends in 03 vehicles, went to KFC (Drive Trough) to buy chicken around 6.40 evening. we were expecting to buy chicken and The answer was no chicken and we are going to close!! it was amazing. and we wanted to wait and get The chicken cooked. But, The answere was - we have finished for today. According to The duty staff - everyThing was finished by 6.40?!!! and suggested to have pop corn and fries wiTh some oTher strips.
This was really insulting That These people had no service after 6.30!!
If They are unable to be at The customer service, my question is why do They be There in The food industry.
I am requesting The Queensway Hospitality to find out immense solutions for These types of lethargic service.
