I have attempted to order a two year renewal of my virus protection via Norton's website. The system went in 'order review' for nearly an hour.
On enquiring I was told my order had not progressed but it could be dealt with it over the phone and payment taken.
I now note that my new cover is only for one year not 2.
As I was not advised of this, I request that the cover period to 2 years - note that the cost I have paid for one year is jsut ubder the web site cost (of £64-99)
