Purchased 2 cartridges for my printer. They arrived and my printer would not recognise them as being installed. Contacted the company and they gave some basic help but when these suggestions did not work they simply stopped replying to my emails. I ceratinly won't be using them again! Their claims of exceptional customer service should be traeted with caution. £25 down the pan!
