1. I had a problem with Norton 360 after running Registry Cleanup. I tried to resolve this on-line. The exchange that occurred with a Norton Advisor can be viewed at http://www.gonsal.eu/NortonSupport.pdf. I do accept that problems will occur with software. I also fully accept that if the problem cannot be resolved it can be escalated to higher levels of expertise. What I do not expect is when the help provided is unsatisfactory and needs to be escalated that access to my computer has to be provided to the person who could not help me, before the problem is escalated!
2. Clearly, Norton which I have used for several years now, has no intention of rising to six-sigma status as it has no provision for dealing with complaints on its web site - and it is only by dealing with complaints effectively that six sigma and higher levels can be achieved.
