Endless hassle with Dreams Plc blaming their new warehouse company Yodel for non delivery of mattress'. After much saga, demanded a refund. Still waiting for my £850.00 back. Customer services are useless, if you manage to get through!! and they won't put you through to the refund department. Staff in store fob you off and lie to you. They tell you it takes 7 days to refund and the refund has been put through - it's a lie. Just about to begin legal proceedings now as it's very obvious this company will cease trading soon.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DREAMS!!! Quick to take your money - never refund your money and the staff should all find somewhere else to work - the company is a farce
