Well my online adventures continue. Around 6th of June I visited this company's online store called Reaction Fitness. Now when I thought I was moving unto the shipping page to see what my shipping cost would be, my order was actually being processed for check out. So 10 jugs of Whey totaling 339.90 were sent through. Of course I was surprised. No shipping cost was added but the order went through. I emailed the company to seek clarification and to request a refund since I was not pleased that my money was taken in such a peculiar manner. I called the company. All I got was voice mail. My friends, I called around 15 times! I thought I was getting somewhere when I subtly wrote an email suggesting that I would contact the BBC program, Rogue Traders, and report the matter. I thought headway was being made because after that email I got a reply saying that I would get a refund immediately. It is now June 13 and I have received no further communication, no product and no refund. The payment was done via paypal but trying to get paypal to address the matter has gotten me no where. I am actually considering whether or not to continue using paypal. I did indeed contact Rogue Traders (BBC) so I hope they follow this up. But my friends, I am warning you.
