Contacted by Easy Media Marketing about having a 1st page Google listing by 9am the following morning. When no adverts appeared I contacted them and was passed from pillar to post and told to contact my account manager. I didn't know who my account manager was so I contacted them back via email and was told "how am i supposed to know who your account manager is? We have over 72 account managers here! "... I have emailed them again (after reading reviews about their business) and told them that I wish to cancel all business with them and they should refund my credit card. They have yet to do this and I have yet to have a response and there are still no listings for my company on Google.
