We have just had a fridge freezer delivered that cost nearly £300 they bought it in took wrapping off and the whole freezer part is dented and scratches all over the door. So i asked the driver to take it back and he said he couldnt put it back on the lorry they need a collection number so i phoned currys was on the phone to them for 40 mins no joy they told me to phone manufacturer they didnt even know what a collection number was. I am now going back to the currys store to try and sort it and get my money back oh they have also lost the fridge i ordered at the same time no clue when or where it will be delivered im not happy the service has been the worst ive known will never buy from there again
