I wish I had viewed the awful complaints regarding this company before I purchased from them. Like many other people who have bought things online from Sensory Education/Cheap Disability aids, I received 3 out of 4 purchases incorrectly, and the 1 thing that was correct was not as described. I returned everything first class post (with proof of posting) and after one week called the company. They purported that they had never received my parcel. After e mails and telephone calls for one month they insisted it was never received and refused to refund my money. I contacted Royal Mail who were very good and actually refunded me in full. Please do not buy anything from this company as they are doing things that I am sure are not legal. If only we had known before.
