I have ordered 7 items in the last 2 weeks and 3 have failed to turn up. It seems that unless the items are Barcoded they are going missing. This has never been an issue before but it highly suspicious that 2 items ordered the same day fail to turn up. Luckily I have been able to get a refund for those items but today a third item I ordered on 23/02 posted first class on 24/02 has failed to arrive and I will now have to enquire to see if I am able to get a refund again. I'm not sure what resolution you can offer in this instance.
