I returned items as the description of the item was inaccurate! They boast 'easy returns' but nothing is further from the truth.!! I have dealt with various organisations but nothing like this, where you need permission to return items! Then when you do (adhering by their returns policy) You are ignored! I have liaised with CAB and consumer helpline (0808 223 1133) to help and to raise awareness. They helped me send a formal letter, which S.E ignored. I was prepared to go all the way to court but then I contacted Klarna and logged my return with them and less than 24 hours of me doing this - I have been refunded! I purchased items in February and I now have closure in May!! I hope this information will help others!
Look on the internet at other reviews left about this organisation e.g. Trustpilot and google the name of people associated with this company! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
