Placed an order online for in-store collection but after 8 days, hours of expensive phone calls, twice personally going to store I haven't got the delivery of the item.
I bought the item to gift someone and now I have to repurchase same item from some other vendor because ASDA couldn't deliver the item on time.
When i asked for refund then I was told that I need to hand back the item first. If ASDA won't deliver the item to me in first place then how I can hand the item back for refund!!
Please avoid ASDA Online shopping. Try some more trustworthy vendor for online shopping.
