Items missing from order
Do not use this company. Terrible customer service! I have been trying for months now to call this company but no one answers the phone! No one replies to emails! Initially I tried to make a pro forma invoice but they sent the items out immediately without asking for card payment details. The Items arrived with the box very damaged and items were missing. The delivery driver was notified. The email for complaints on their website kept bouncing back saying it does not recognise the address so cannot process the complaint so we could not retrieve the missing items. Sensory Education will not accept our payment policy and further more they want 75 pounds just for paying by card! Clearly a bunch of scammers!
