Awful customer care and cannot get refund

I understand this company has a long history of the same problems we are having- items missing on order, promise to refund, no customer service to reply and cannot speak with a person so now they just ignore me.
This company must be reported and investigated as they are in breach of trading by not delivering their goods either in good time or at all. We tried to cancel one item after waiting two weeks and said it would be but arrived 45 days later and they won't give a refund on this or the item that never arrived ordered 3 months ago. They are a scamming company and we want our £175.00 refunded. I have reported them and hope others do too. Their tactic is for us to give up trying to get a refund so I won't give up which I'm sure is how they make their money.
