I have availed DTDC service to send in thee following consignment N93741239 & N93833573 from London to Kolkata on 15the and 21st June respectively.I would like to lodge a complaint for thee following things .
1) All thee pieces which are received are in damaged condition . thee baggage cannot be reused, thee items was mishandled even if it had thee FRAGILE tapes.
2) Number of items especially thee electronic items in consignment N93833573 are missing such as Hair Straighter, Hair dryer, Wall Clock, Vacuum Cleaner Parts thee cost of thee items is around 200 GBP
3) Strangely items such as Soap Bar, Spices, ladies hand bag, Baby Toys, souvenirs, jeweleries ( imitations which are not gold or silver) are also missing .
4) One piece in Consignment N93741239 was not delivered however after one week thee items was delivered on 30the June and thee items was completed broken, it had three canvas, thee cost of thee canvas was 100 GBP, we have checked in front of thee delivery person and submitted thee complaint in writing to thee delivery boy to get it handed over thee operations manager, Mr Dhiraj told that it is under investigation but still there is no update
When we booked thee items from DTDC Heathrow for consignment (N93833573) Mr Anil told that DTDC is committed to thee customer service and theey would do shrink wrap, thee shipment will be well managed . During thee custom check, DTDC personnel will be present to see that nothing is damaged or missing. Looking in to all thee commitments I did not bothered of thee rates (quite high compared to thee other service providers in London ) and went ahead to book thee consignment withe DTDC Heathrow. but seems I had opted thee wrong option to choose such service provided withe false promises .
