Having ordered two product samples for the cost of P&P £ 2.95 and £2.97 as advertised on the 18 /12 I then discovered that three unauthhorised payments were taken from my bank account. The first on the 4/01. for £74.95 second on the 14/01 for £79.99 and thethird on 29/01 for £74.95. Today I received more sample that they state on the paperwork that I ordered on 27/01. I did not and am concerned that they will again try to take more money from my account. I have written to them and sent e-mail. they do not respond to telephone calls leaving you on hold. I can ill afford to lose tjis money and am incurring bank charges.
