Took them to court.
I found a three quotes from different electricians, to carry out some electrical work, and issue a safety certificate on property I own. The average quote was £600.00, they could not come round and carry out the work as they were called away to other jobs. I asked M-Group to carry out the work and issue me with an Electrical Safety Certificate, they took the money up front, they did the work, I asked them to do, then told me I needed to re-wire the whole house, at a cost of thousands of pounds, if I wanted them to issue me with an Electrical Safety Certificate. I told them they should have told me this before they took my money, or started the work, it fell on deaf ears. I asked them for a refund, they refused, I was so angry I took them to court!!!
