I booked two tickets to Marseille two days ago (6/08) - ticket ref 2W6N6C, and after receiving the 'booking conformation' I have not yet received the eticket.
My card has been charged with the admin fee but not for the flight. Today I received an email stating that the price for the flight has changed, however it remains the same on the website. Surely the tickets should be booked when they are actually booked, and charged at the price stated when booked! I have since sent an email to customer service and received no reply.
Very disappointed with this 'service'. Please could somebody rectify this as soon as possible?
