Is it fake or not??

Anyone can help me to find out if the Burger King United Kingdon Job offer is fake. someone send me an email stated that Burger King is Hiring and im one of the selected candidate that can be part of their team. then after i answer all the basic questions they send me again a JOB OFFER which in bot sure if it true or not. Prof. Paul Smith is the one who send the JOB OFFER he is HR MANAGER of Burger King... Please help me know if its not fake...

1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We have in file your CV/ Resume and answers to the submitted Online Questionnaire and after the evaluation of these documents, we found you qualified to work with our Team.

Hence, BURGER KING LIMITED UK seeks to employ your services for the provision of services as stipulated in the following acts in this document. This document embodies the approved Terms for the purpose of this contract.

CONTRACT DURATION: TWO (5) YEARS (RENEWABLE)

START-UP DATE: FLEXIBLE

JOB CODE/ REFERENCE: 008/013L/UKPF/T4-YL

JOB LOCATION: LONDON UNITED KINGDOM

TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: CONTRACT

DURATION OF CONTRACT: 5 RENEWABLE YEARS (60 MONTHS)

JOINING DATE: FLEXIBLE JOINING FLEXIBLE

2.0 SALARY INDICATION/ ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS

BASIC MONTHLY SALARY: £6, 200.00 (Tax Inclusive)

HAZARD/ INCONVENIENCES: £600.00 (MONTHLY)

CAR MAINTENANCE: £500.00 (MONTHLY)

HOUSING & FURNISHINGS: £2000.00 (Yearly)

ENTERTAINMENT: £450.00 (MONTHLY)

TRAVEL & EVENTS: £950.00 (MONTHLY).

Work time shall be 40 hours work week. Employee shall also be entitled to Over-time Allowance if employee work time exceeds the official stipulated hours.

Salary shall be liable to Increments with time and Employees' official promotions and position in service.

3.0 GRANTS & LOANSOLD HEM HOUSING LOAN:

1 year service to BURGER KING GROUP UK is required for

Eligibility. Starter’s amount will be £48, 971.00

Can be repaid within 10years with £0.00 interest.

LIEU CAR LOAN: All Employees are eligible to apply.

Starter’s amount will be £22, 045.00

Can be repaid within 5years with £$0.00 interest.

TRAFFORD BUSINESS LOAN: All Employees are eligible to apply.

Starter’s amount will be £35, 000.00 to £70, 000.00

4.0 CONTRACT PERIOD

The Contract shall last for duration of 60 renewable Months (5 Years). The Renewal is based on Employee's satisfactory services to the Company.

5.0 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

BURGER KING GROUP UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties

may be reasonably modified at BURGER KING GROUP UK discretion from time to

time. However, detailed Job description, Duties & Responsibilities will be made

available to all New Employed Staff during the Orientation & Training Programme.

6.0 DEVOTION AND COMMITMENT TO BURGER KING GROUP U.K

The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the

Aviation industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other

business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or

other pecuniary advantage.

Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other

businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the

operation of said companies.

7.0 DISABILITY

In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or

incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, The Employee's full compensation

will be reinstated upon return to work.

However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous

period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's Contract,

and the BURGER KING GROUP obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

8.0 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

BURGER KING GROUP UK will terminate the Contract if Employee submits a written 7-day’s notice to the HR MANAGER. The Employee will continue to perform

his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination.

In addition, BURGER KING GROUP UK will pay the Employee on the date of the

termination a Severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be

withheld, without cause.

9.0 DEATH BENEFIT

Should Employee die during the term of Contract, BURGER KING GROUP shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the Two months in which death occurred.

10.0 SETTLEMENT BY ARBITRATION

Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the

breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court within jurisdiction.

11.0 SEVERABILITY

If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other

provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the BURGER KING GROUP (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

12.0 LEAVE PERIOD

Employees are entitled to 2months Paid Leave Period which can be taken once at a time or 2weeks apart one different Leave Period.

13.0 UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARY/ ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS

The First Month’s Salary (Inclusive of all Allowances & Benefits) shall be paid in

advance before Employee Re-locates to new Job Location.

All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in London shall be 40% paid into an Offshore Bank Account to be provided by Employee with the remaining 60% paid locally in London. This is in line with the British Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws (BEFSL).

14.0 FEEDING & ACCOMMODATION

Employee is expected to reside at the Company’s Staff Estate.

There are Single Bed-room and Flat options for Employee to choose from.

Family Package Status is available for Employee that wishes to Re-locate with

Family.

Employee is entitled to take meals free of charge at the General Staff Canteens.

Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dietitians are available options.

15.0 MEDICAL EXPENSES

Employer will provide the Employee with Comprehensive Health care for the term

of Contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of Contract for

Employee and Family.

16.0 OFFICE GADGETS TO BE PROVIDED LAPTOP COMPUTER:

Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 256 MB RAM (Pentium M), 24XCD-RW, 30GB

Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem,

Spare Battery and Necessary Software. Full time Internet access is available.

PHONES:

Employer will provide Employee with two (1) landlines and one (1) Mobile

telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per Month.

17.0 SAFETY & SECURITY

Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations

and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to

ensure and assure hitch free operations.

All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health

Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Health Care Sector.

18.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Recreational/Sports Facilities shall be made available at the disposal of all Employees with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Dry cleaning service will be made available to Employee by the Company’s Laundry and Dry cleaning unit.

19.0 PROCESSING OF VISA/ TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Upon thorough review and acceptance of this Job Offer Package, You are to immediately contact the UK BORDER AGENCY via E-MAIL

[email protected] for the release of your certificate of eligibility.

We your employer shall bear the entire cost for the processing of your travel papers and booking of your air ticket prior to you providing us with the certificate of eligibility as you are required to contact the the UKBA for the processing and provision of working permit.

The work permit would be issued to you with your Appointment Reference

Number and Date to visit the nearest British Consulate in your country of location for Entry approval and Visa stamp.
