I had left my hotel and drove for about an hour when I decided to visit one of your services on the A14 at Kettering. I purchased a coffee and walked back to my car. I sat with the car door open as it is hot at the moment. After the coffee had cooled enough to drink I took a sip, for some reason the coffee dripped once I took the cup from my mouth. This happened on the next time I took a drink. Looking at the cup lid it has to drink holes one on the top where you normally have one. Then there was another on the side of the lid directly under the first. This made it difficult to drink with the lid on. I now have coffee stains on the front of my shirt in various places. No a happy person, fortunately I had already finished my meeting, attending with a stained shirt would have looked so unprofessional. I was given a reward card, however I cannot see me using your brand again with this memory in mind.
