Having entered a yearly contract with Wild angent Games, by witch for a monthly fee I recive Wild Tangent coins, enabling me to play a wide variaty of games on their website.

However lately I have been unable to acctually play a lot of games after downloading them, but find I am still being charged the "Usage" fee in Wild Tangent coins as if I had played the game.

Last month I wrote to Wild Tangent asking to be released from the contract with no penalties as I am not able to get the services I am paying for, however Wild Tangent replied that they had rembursed me the Tangent coins I had lost, i soon discovered that they had not returned all my lost coins. Shortly after that I was charged the monthly fee again, now again I find I'm being charged fro games that either fail to load or if they do load, they don't play.

I wrote again pointing out the problem and asking to cancel my contract as I'm not reciving the service I pay for only to recive an e-mail with the heading Assistece Request Denied from Wild Tangent Account support.
