Reported a leak from hot water tank 17th april. Finally got someone to replace it 12th July after numerous visits and not being able to do it. Lost several items that can not be replaced due to water damage. After engineer left i noticed tank still leaking rang Robert Heath within 20minutes of engineer leaving to be told he can not come back and i need to wait another week for another appointment!
