A plaque was ordered for a front door in Nottingham. The goods were to be delivered one week after payment in February. No goods have arrived and emails and telephone calls are not being answered. This has been chased several times by myself and my wife and we have asked for a refund but still waiting for for a fefund six months later. We sent a letter recorded delivery to the owner asking for a refund but still no reply.
The website is very professional and it is a great disappointment that nobody has taken responsibility for it. I feel that I have been ripped off.
I urge that people avoid this company at all costs
