Failed to refund deposit

We City Hype property management, has finished the contract with Angel Spring (office bottle water) months ago, by giving sufficient notice.
We also spoken to the administrator on the phone who confirmed that the notice was recorded and we will get our deposit back.
We never heard back about the deposit and never received anything back which is not a big amount but it showed us what sort of company we dealt with.
On top of this all, we are still receiving only occasional bills asking to make further payments for the services we don't receive any more.
The company seems to have more than one name, Angel Spring, aka Water logic.
