I booked for an engineer to come and unblock our drains this morning to be told that someone would definitely arrive between 3-4pm. At 4pm I phoned to find out where the engineer was only to be told that he had broken down and had no guarantees that he would even come today! I am furious as this was and still is an emergency. I would expect every company to have a customer service desk that at least calls existing appointments to inform them of the delay. This has ruined my day as I am still without any drainage and now have to wait another night to get this solved. Thank you dial-a-rod for wasting my time!
