We bought and paid for furniture 2 months ago, and we have still not taken delivery. They do not respond to emails at all, other than to send an automated message saying that they endeavour to respond within 30 minutes. They seem to operate out of a tiny shop in Birmingham and the same person always answers the phone - Anna. She never knows anything, but says she will get back to you. She never does. She also says she is not at liberty to provide you with the number of any other person working at the firm. They try to give the appearance of being a large reputable business but there is no way that this place could be a successful legitimate business. I suspect that I have been conned - that is how bad my experience has been. I still have no goods and no refund, and they now refuse to talk to me. If you want to send someone a lot of money and get nothing in return, these are the people to deal with.
