I can't believe that a company with such truly awful customer service actually continues to exist. It really does confound me... Diabolical is truly apt. The sales team pickup and take my bank details very quickly, My phone will arrive on Tuesday, Apparently. Tuesday comes but no phone, only a text message... "There is a problem with your order please call our "customer service team" on 0844 blah blah blah"... So I phone to be met with not a person but a automated message, please push 1, what is your postcode etc etc... 6 minutes later "we will now connect you to an advisor" but wait do I get one? NO! I instead get another recorded message... "We're sorry but we're too busy and can't deal with you" before disconnecting my call. So I try again... and again... and again ALL DAY for THREE DAYS! I try can call the Sales team, they don't want to know, At one point I'm actually told "It's a waste of my time" and transfered without a word and another time I simply cut off in mid sentence. I Email them... Nothing. Days and days go on with NO PHONE and no response. Finally I give up, I ring the Cancellation team... 25 minutes of wating and I get an answer. "We're 'Very sorry' about the problem, tell you what we'll cancel the problem order and re do it, the phone will be with you on Friday, WE PROMISE! " Over a week later and Friday comes but guess what? NO PHONE! I tried to call again... GUESS WHAT! NOTHING, ALL DAY... AT 8pm I suddenly get an immediate answer... GOSH FINALLY!.. BUT WAIT... NO, It's not Dial-a-phone... No, It's PHONES 4 U!? PHONES 4 FREAKIN U? I'm told that they're a "SISTER COMPANY" that use the same number and call centre but if you're a DIAL-A-PHONE customer then you can stuff it after 6pm, not that you can get through anyway... Anyway I finally manage to speak to someone who tells me it's a problem with the order but that it's "simple" to fix and that it shouldn't be a "problem" in the first place... unfortunatley he can't deal with it, of course, but he'll arrange for a "call back". FOUR DAYS LATER... NO CALL BACK...

I really wish that I was making it all up or that it was a horrid dream but no, it's a frightful reality... How would I rate Dial-a-Phone? Dial-a-shite... Please, Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle. PHONES 4 U... GET A CHECK ON DIAL-A-PHONE AND GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!
