Took my 'New' Nissan X-Trail in for a 36km Major Service and was dug informed that the brake disks are severely warped. I disputed the fact that this repair should be completed under warranty not chargeable! Happy to pay for new brake pads as this IS plausible wear and tear, but warped NOT worn brake discs should not warp in such a short space of time / mileage. Bishops have to E-Mail not Call Nissan UK to request a 'GoodWill' gesture repair, GoodWill?
No one took charge of this issue as i had to chase and call to enquire on the outcome. Bishops were more concerned about getting their courtesy car returned rather than take charge and create a good brand name for Nissan UK! Poor Service, Patronising Attitude, and no Clear Leadership in Making Decisive Decisions! Will be taking my car to another Nissan Dealership in future
