Vostro 1510 finally arrived 2 weeks ago, but 4 weeks late, Came without instructions and without proper screen. Dell service support promised to call on 2 occasions at a given date & time, but didn't fulfill promise.
And, we had to pay for the numerous phone calls. What a shambles.
