I purchase a necklace in oct12 for my daughters birthday and after 2 weeks the gems started falling out. We saved as many as we could. We were told to take necklace to shop in bury 40 miles away, they were rude and unhelpful and said it was outside influences such as air? Perfume or shampoo. 6 weeks later they said it is irreparable, will not repair replace or refund. We are now? 128.00 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I have spoken to consumer direct and they said they have to do one of the three. But they are still refusing because its not their policy. I wondered if anybody had experienced anything like this and if they had a favourable outcome.
