Make sure you understand the contract terms and no cancellation from day 1 or minute 1. The contract terms state taht there are no cancellation other then statutory rights which doesn't mean 7 days as I thought. I wanted to cancel the order after couple of hours from the order and Caroline Castigliano excersised option to take 50% of my deposit. The company staff is trained to treak customers to sign contracts and company doesn't care about reputation and on any circumstances will keep your deposit regardless that they did nothing to your dress within 2 hours and incured no cost. The company staff will lie to you and mislead you to make their commitions. I ended up taking them to court to get my money back and after months I received 70% and Caroline Castigliano kept 30% for no work done to the dress and didnt care that they staff lied and misled me and even lied on defence statement to court.
