Un-wanted or ordered delivery of products

I ordered 2 products from this company over 4 months ago. Suddenly a few weeks ago I received some of their products, which I had not ordered or received any e-mail contact about. I have since spent hours on the phone to their customer service leaving messages with employees and no-one returning my calls. Sent numerous e-mails which have all been replied with cryptic e-mails and given me names and numbers of companies I have never heard of and most certainly have never given my details to i.e. address, name and defiantely not given them my bank details or authorization to debit this account. I had a major operation a few months ago and do not need this extra stress. If anyone knows an e mail address or UK phone number that I can actually speak to someone and sort this out is would be much appreciated. Bryony
