I had hired a party hall for my friend's Engagement party. The venue that we booked was owned and run by Three River wedding venues Essex.
On the day of wedding when my friend arrived at the wedding venue he was shocked to see another wedding party happening at the same hall which was planned for my friends engagement.
It was an embarrassing moment when guests started arriving for the engagement and we had to send them back saying the engagement is postponed. When we contacted the management of the company they said that a mistake has happened and asked us to book the hall on a later date.
My friend was pissed of with Three River wedding and asked for a total refund and the company refused to do so.
then we decided to use the same hall on the next Sunday. but the management said that the hall is fully booked for the next three months.
They are total frauds beware of the company
