Not paying consigners

I sent a lot of music memorabilia to auction company Cameo Auctioneers which they sold most items on the first month Jan totally £2700. The then sold some items on the August and also December and this is now totally £3500.

Cameo Auctioneers have never got back to me after lots of phone calls, emails and also small claims court letters as to this date I am still awaiting payment for items that they sold.

Now Feb they still continue to sell items even though I have requested all my unsold items to be returned, they are selling these items without my consent. Again Cameo do not reutrn telephone calls, emails etc..

I have contacted watchdog and trading standards as I have also heard they are many clients having the same problems woth Cameo Auctioneers.

This is over a year they have owned me money and still they don't pay out what I am owed.
