Dear Peter
I'm a keen user of Sleek Cosmetics products, but placed an order with them on 30 October and it was only delivered on 2 dec, along with an additional fee (calculating two thirds of the cost of the order). I was disappointed as I was not prepared to pay an additional fee, as the previous times Sleek delivered right to my door, and on time. Please advise if this is common practice not to inform clients about additional expenses, or is it just a way companies do business these days.
