Dear Peter
I'm a keen user of Sleek Cosmetics products, but placed an order with them on 30 October 2013 and it was only delivered on 2 dec, along with an additional fee (calculating two thirds of the cost of the order ). I was disappointed as I was not prepared to pay an additional fee, as the previous times Sleek delivered right to my door, and on time . Please advise if this is common practice not to inform clients about additional expenses, or is it just a way companies do business these days.
